In coaching centres of Agartala 15,000-25,000 of admission fees are asked for TCS, TPS courses, but after the new govt came in power, suddenly all the ongoing recruitments were cancelled led heaby frustrations among the aspirants. On the onside due to various corruptions in TPSC in nexus with a particular coaching center it keeps the candidates in fear and on that time State Govt’s decision of cancellation of all ongoing recruitment process has triggered tension among a major section of unemployed youths especially those who appealed for TCS, TPS exams which costed their money, times age all. It has been alleged that since 2 years those recruitment are pending and in comparison with NET, IAS, IPS exams Tripura’s TCS/TPS recruitment had been sluggish. But the job aspirants with patience vested their time, hard-work but with the sudden cancellation of the ongoing all recruitment have frustrated job aspirants. TPSC even though an independent body but right now TPSC Officials are unable to answer the candidates whether their recruitment will be considered or not.

The overage people who will get one and only chance for job, they are the highest sufferer as in new recruitment whether they can score like before or not, it’s under doubt.

In the Head Offices of the Depts. Govt has not said anything, whereas in press conference it was said that all existing recruitment process have been cancelled. On the other side, from CM's speech again and again signals are coming that Govt Job will not be anymore as the primary option.

On the other side, employed youths are happy as the interview will be according to much transparent New Recruitment Policy, which was announced by the newly charged BJP Govt on May 19.

The BJP led State Govt believes that in this way all unemployed will get a fair chance for govt job. Thus the council of Ministers have decided in cabinet meeting on Thursday, which has announced on Friday evening by Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath, “In view of the New Recruitment Policy, approved by the Govt that all new appointments should be made as per the new policy and all existing recruitment process except for Tripura Judicial service (for which specific exemption has already been granted), either conducted by TPSC or in other Depts will be cancelled”.

“The recruitments were going on since many years or a year, which were paused by the new Govt. The interviews either taken by TPSC or any respective dept has been cancelleddue to the transparency. Till day we were deciding about this what to do”, the Minister said.
