Police files case against few CPI-M leaders for violation of Law in Jail-Bharo movement

AGARTALA, Aug 12 (TIWN): Centering Jail-Bharo movement, police have filed case against few CPI-M leaders in Agartala with allegation of breaking law and order during movement.
Two police personnels were injured in that incident.
It can be noted here that at least 10 party activists were injured in CPI-M led Jail-Bharo-Andolon on Thursday in Agartala, among them two are women. They have been admitted in IGM hospital.
Apart from Agartala, CPI-M Belonia office was attacked more than 2 times even though no party progarmme was conducted at there.
CPI-M leaders alleged that various threats centering the Jail-Bharo movement came across the state.
Total 14 people of CPI-M were injured during Jail-Bharo movement.
