AGARTALA, Aug 8 ( TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb who warned his critics to chop-off nails, lost one of the most honest officials of the Secretariat who is none other than Yatendra Kumar, as he has taken voluntary retirement.

Instead of promoting such honest officers, Chief Minister Biplab Deb had chosen tainted officers as GSG Ayyangar, selected tasteless corrupt face of Dilip Ray as his OSD.

By choosing Dilip Ray and Ayyangar, Chief Minister however already downed his image before the honest Secretaries.

Pulling of corrupts and pushing of honest persons has exposed Biplab Deb's administrative skills, ill-intentions.

Even after much criticism, Chief Minister Biplab Deb,  the person who believes that "Internet was existing in Mahabharata's era", is yet to sacrifice his tainted OSD.

However, Y Kumar has not briefed behind his departure. Kumar was the Principal Secretary to the Government of Tripura, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs.

State administration now being filled up by all corrupt & crooked officials like GSG Ayyangar who was brought back by Biplab Deb to head important IT & Industry Dept as Principal Secretary.
