AGARTALA, Aug 2 (TIWN): Viswa Hindu Parishad's unnecessary slogans, protests has attempted to divert a simple issue into much-complicated on Thursday after a 28 years married woman was caught with a 30 years Muslim man (unmarried) at Agartala Airport. The 30 years man named Firoj Mia resident of Hirapur, under Kakrabon Police Station in Udaipur was found with a woman of Maharani in Udaipur. How the CIFS in Agartala Airport was informed about them, it couldn't be known. How Viswa Hindu Parishad knew the matter and rushed to Airport Police station after Airport security handedover both of them to police, it's also mysterious. The woman has alleged that she was trapped, deceived by Firoj Mia to go with him. The matter could be ended there, but Viswa Hindu Parishad has turned the matter into "Love Jihad" and staged protest in front of Airport Police Station.

Now question raises, who gave the Viswa Hindu Parishad permission to stage protest with a sensitive issue ? If they had staged protest without permission, why they were not arrested for promoting such a sensitive issue ?

When in Assam, Bengali maximum from Muslims are striving for their citizenship rights and whole country is eyeing for Assam NRC, such an issue like "Hindu Muslim" in Tripura has proven that either the "intention" of VHP is bad or such protests are too "immature" amid Tripura's Hindus, Bengalis harmony and brotherhood.

This is not the first time, but VHP on April 1st created an unnecessary chaos by threatening Muslim families not to consume beef. On May 26 VHP created unrest at Sonamura centering Hindu-Muslim couple's eloping.

Such incidents continued in Tripura since post election, but Tripura's both religions didn't responded to such issues till day and the peace was not harmed.
