Agartala, Aug 2 (TIWN): In a shocking theft in Tripura's history, thieves looted Laxminarayanbari Temple located at heart of State capital Agartala.

As per spot report by TIWN journalists, it looks like a handiwork of  professional thieves as Police continuing investigation.

Its a sad fate of Tripura when Chief Minister Biplab Deb alongwith his family traveling around the India like a family vacation, even to places like RSS headquarter Nagpur at Tripura Taxpaers expense, loudly beating own drums of 'Ram Rajjya' but whole State is suffering from Lawless situation, daily crimes are spiked up.

As of morning 8.30 am, Police investigating the theft but clueless so far, also tighlipped to Journalists.

Auspicious Laxinarayanbari Temple's Jewlery theft is a sign that Tripura Police and Home Minister Biplab Deb miserably failed to protect State Capital from daily crimes, thieves & criminals.

DGP A.K.Sukla must be replaced with a capable DGP, also Biplab Deb must handover Home Ministry to a capable Minister, otherwise criminals rampant acts will cause grave sufferings for State people.
