AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Sunday while addressing at Rabindra Bhawan in a seminar on ‘Juvenile Justice System in Tripura’, with the arrival of Supreme Court Justice Dipak Gupta said, “When Dipak Gupta was the Chief Justice of Tripura High Court, I was at Delhi, but was a huge fan of him”.

“Everyday through social media Dipak Gupta’s name and judgments I used to get. I always wanted to meet you, but today via HC Justice Subashish Talapatra I have got that opportunity and really I am so happy today.....”, CM said.

“Dipak Gupta in very short time understood Tripura and he directly listened to the people. When I came to Tripura, my journalists friends came to me and had shown me various of Dipak Gupta's quotes… indeed I never used to go through books much, but I could heard your speech in facebook and wahtsApp. You were so viral”, CM added.
