AGARTALA / SABROOM, July 23 (TIWN): In a shocking display of 'Criminalization of Politics', BJP leader Joylal Das on Sunday evening in a conference of Yuva Morcha at Sabroom subdivision in South Tripura openly asked party supporters to break opposition CPI-M supporters hands and legs and not to allow them in voting or submitting nominations during Panchayat Election. Joylal Das’s criminal acts amounts to direct attack on democracy, instigating mob violence, which needs immediate action from High Court and Election Commission of India. Deteriorating Law & Order under BJP-IPFT once again evident as BJP leaders openly propagating mob violence in public rally, resulting deaths across Tripura. Now it’s a question, why Joylal Das has not been suspended yet from the party ? The silence of BJP led by State President cum Chief Minister Biplab Deb proves either BJP has instructed its top leaders to sustain violence or to keep the fear factor working on the opposition’s mind.

Even though Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaks about the ‘importance’ of opposition parties existence but in case of BJP ruling states, BJP Govt itself is trying to mute the opposition's voice in exchange of mob-violence inspiring quotes.

Recently, state has witnessed that instead of police, BJP leader is declaring whether it's a "murder cases" as “suicide case”. In this condition when BJP leader is instigating mob violence once again state BJP is silent.

When reports of violence come, the ruling party tries to impose a ban by saying ‘fake news’, but when such dirty speeches of BJP top leaders turn viral, the party tries to shift the focus.

Tripura BJP State Observer Sunil Deodhar on May 25,while addressing to Khowai party activists, he said, “BJP came in power not to repeat CPI-M’s mistakes, but we are in power to establish Rule of Law”.

But when party leaders threatened openly to break hands and legs of opposition activists and openly announces no opposition should file nomination in Panchayat elections, then such lectures of Party top leaders faded away.

After CPI-M MP Jharna Das's  disgusting and violent speech before Election on December 1st, 2017, CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar apologized on behalf of her, but after Joylal Das’s video became viral what action BJP will take against him it’s to be seen now.

Such delivering of utterances by Yuva Morcha leader and BJP leaders' silence once again signifies Chief Minister's statement about “Anand-ki-Leher” during mob-lynching.
