AGARTALA, July 20 (TIWN): Biplab Deb led BJP Govt is indulging in cheap votebank politics with the eye to 2019 Lok Sabha Polls, so all kind of JUMLA steps underway to attract masses. There was absolutely no reason for filing a case against 10323 teachers recruitment if ultimately oneday Tripura’s B.Ed undergoing students had to be deprived. CPI-M also kept on saying that due to teachers crisis, they needed the 10323 teachers recruitment. Those 58 youths who filed a case against 10323 teachers were marked as the legends of anti-corruption move, but BJP Govt even though decided to open more number of B.Ed colleges and thousands are already undergoing B.Ed, still has chosen to recruit teachers without B.Ed. Within next two years the teachers crisis will be automatically downed, but with an unknown reason state govt has pushed the centre once again to compromise with teachers basic qualities, making no difference between CPI-M and BJP Govt.

Only TET can not assure the candidates that there will no corruption in the exam and as a result minimum marks and B.Ed qualification was necessary.

However, amid all controversies, the State govt is all set to introduce ‘Relaxation’ in teachers appointment.

But what surprising is that before the Election, the BJP and the Congress turned BJP leaders were much eager to see a quality-education system. Question raises, after announcing 4 B.Ed Colleges, what hurries BJP-Govt to recruit teachers without B.Ed ??

Biplab Deb met HRD Minister Prakash Javedkar for managing full assurance for one-time relaxation in teachers recruitment without B.Ed. According to Press release, Chief Minister of Tripura, meeting the Union Minister of HRD, Prakash Javedkar in New Delhi today, raised the extremely important issue of one-time relaxation for recruiting teachers in Tripura.Union Minister Javadekar assured the Chief Minister that the Union HRD Ministry is actively considering the State Government’s proposal to grant the one-time relaxation in qualifying marks and exemption of professional qualification for recruiting teachers and a decision in this regard shall be taken in the best interest of the state of Tripura at the earliest.
