AGARTALA, July 12 (TIWN): 21 Assam Rifles conducted a workshop on Drug Abuse at Mandai to sensitise the Youth regarding ill effects of drug addiction on health, society and nation today.

A total of 151 youth and locals attended the informative lecture.

 Locals were also briefed about preventive measures of Japanese Encephalitis, as few suspected cases have been reported in the recent past.

Attendees  appreciated the  commitment of Assam Rifles  in organising such events.
