AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): Dr Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Tripura Central University.

In a letter the HRD informed that President Ram Nath Kovind has selected him for a certain period for the University. He will assume charge as third vice chancellor of Tripura University for next 5 years.

The present Vice Chancellor Anjan Kumar Ghosh already was done with his tenure but he was requested to continue till new Vice Chancellor comes.
