AGARTALA, June 17 (TIWN): After 100 Days completion, Pre-Election promises and Post-Election 'U' turns painted Tripura BJP Govt's various promises published in its much publicized Feb 11, 2018 vision document released by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa, Tripura BJP spokesman Ashok Sinha now turning as 'JUMLA' or "PAKODA" promises as allegations labeled by Opposition Parties CPI-M, Congress. In 100 days. Biplab Deb displayed enormous immaturity by making himself a clown in national media and damaging BJP's image by non-stop 'MOTORMOUTH' utterings, Finally, insensitive CM insulted Tripura's 7 lakhs youths by saying that, 'Tripura youth to not to waste their crucial time and, instead, milk cows or open paan shops for livelihood'.

Amid these catastrophe publicity damage by Biplab, BJP Govt's future remains with top performer Ministers Sudip Roy Barman, followed by Jishnu Debbarman, Pranajit Singha Roy, Ratan Lal Nath, Manoj Deb.

Biplab Deb's style of functioning via CPI-M era corrupt officers like OSD Dilip Roy not only preventing other Ministers dynamic initiatives but infuriating major section of Ministers and MLAs in BJP Govt.

Biplab Deb's arrogance and immaturity infuriated majority of State BJP leaders, Ministers and MLAs to such extent that if BJP high command conducts a secret voting among its 36 MLAs on Biplab Deb's perfomance as Chief Minister, except 2 MLAs Santana Chakma, Dilip Das - all remaining 34 MLAs will vote to boot out Biplab Deb from Chief Minister's Post.

BJP's Pre-Election Vision Document Promises & FACT Check :

Promise 1 : One employment opportunity in each household.

FACT Check: Recruitment via TPSC and Govt sectors are closed for review, whereas State Govt employees under JICA project were terminated, Govt’s attempt of jobs via job fair proven as blunder decision as the youths who were sent to Southern Textile Mills as state govt’s own liability had escaped somehow from Rs 250/day slavery.

Promise 2 : Free Education for Women till graduation.

FACT Check: In cabinet, nothing has been announced yet.

Promise 3 : 7th Pay Commission for all Govt employees & state pensioners.

FACT Check: Cabinet took decision, but Central Govt yet to release fund as no final report was sent to Centre.

Promise 4 : Free smart phones to youths

FACT Check: No cabinet decision. No hopes either.

Promise 5 : Minimum allowance will be Rs. 2000 & Minimum MGNREGA wage will be Rs. 340.

FACT Check: No such step from Govt yet.

Promise 6 : Investigate Rose Valley Chit fund case & punish all the guilty

FACT Check: Cabinet decided, but no investigation started properly, neither any chance of arrest yet. Instead Biplab Deb appointed Rose Valley Scamster CPI-M leader Gautam Das's right hand man cum relative Dilip Roy as OSD. Many Rose Valley scamsters now got super-freindly with CM via OSD Dilip Roy.

(Important to mention that, earlier before Election, Ratan Lal Nath told TIWN, "once BJP in power all Municipality staffs to arrested who gave license to Rose Valley"

Promise 7 : Provide Housing to all without brick housing (should be considered as govt is new)

FACT Check: No such step so far or Cabinet decisions

Promise 8 : Free Health insurance to all BPL Households

FACT Check:  No Cabinet decision yet

Promise 9 : Provide drinking water to all households : (should be considered as govt is new)

FACT Check: No such steps yet.
Promise 10 : Regularize contractual govt employees

FACT Check: Still remains a dream, instead BJP Govt terminated contractual workers from JICA and other projects.

Instead fulfilling promises, BIplab Deb established himself a MOTORMOUTH nationally & internationally as a clown Politician by his foolish utterances as listed below.:

TIWN saved video proofs of every MOTORMOUTH utterings, also available in Internet

1.     April 14, 2018 ONGC Ambedkar birth anniversary : Tripura’s tourist spot in Amarpur-Chabimura is better than Amazon river and if the tourists don’t feel the same after visiting Chabimura, Chief Minister from own pocket will return the trip-expenses. CM also said, “Amazon River is located on Africa” (not South America),

2.     April 17, 2018 (Pragna Bhawan E-Rationing programme): Internet and satellites existed in Mahabharata-Era and via Internet Sanjay was giving live updates of Kurukshetra war to the blind king Dhritarashtra.

3.     April 19, 2018 (Udaipur Town Hall in felicitation programme by journalists): Before lakhs of years India has Journalists. The “Pandits” of Raj-Durbar were actually journalists, whose work was to inform everything to the king,

4.     April 26, 2018 (Pragna Bhawan, Handloom marketing programme): Foreign Textile industries are run by Mafia who selects Miss Worlds to sell their cloths.Diana Hayden didn’t deserve the Miss-World award as she doesn’t look like an Indian woman and her style is unworthy to represent India. Indian women should be like Goddess Laxmi, Saraswati and Aishwarya Rai is still fine to title as Miss World. Not only this, CM also claimed there was no credit any Indian woman to get the Miss World or Miss Universe awards at all as such beauty-contests are fake and ramp walks are just for “shows”. The awardees names are selected before the competition.

5.     April 27, 2018 (Pragna Bhawan, Civil Service Day): Mechanical engineers should not join Civil Services but Civil Engineers should.

6.     April 28,2018 (Pragna Bhavan, World Veterany Day): Buy cows or open a paan-shop instead of running after political parties for Govt Jobs. A message for Tripura's 7 lakhs unemployed youths.

7.     May 20, 2018 (NEDA Meeting, Assam): CM said Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is a Doctor treating partients (actually he can't treat patients, a Phd holder, not Medicine Doctor).

8.     April 7,2018 (Civil Service Day):  CM  said "Will Chop Off Nails Of Those Interfering In My Government"

In spite of Ministers like Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman, who is regoriously trying to improve State's dilipidating Health Care System, Hospitals but Chief Minister Biplab Deb's various foolish steps including conducting review meetings only for Health Ministry and not other Ministries causing ripples in close circles of State Administration.

Its hightime that BJP High command reviews Biplab Deb's performance before its too late. Already CM's immaturity and relying upon CPI-M officials infuriated major section of Government and lakhs of unemployed youths lost hopes which mentioned in vision document.

As per State's senior political analysts, if  Assembly Elections are held again this year anytime, BJP's defeat is imminent as 7 lakhs unemployed youths, 1.5 Lakhs Govt employees, free mobile phone hopeful youths will alll vote against BJP en-masse.  Instead of 36 seats, BJP might only get 15 seats.

100 Days non-perfromance should be a lesson for BJP Govt and Party should rely upon seasonsed Politicians like Sudip Roy Barman, Ratan Lal Nath, Pranajit Singha Roy rather than Biplab Deb.

Tripura wanted to see a clean Government, not CPI-M era corrupt officials, not Rose Valley Scamsters but Biplab Deb's Governance miserably failed to fulfil all hopes it announced before election.

Unless BJP replaces its MOTORMOUTH immature Chief Minister, BJP's popularity, voters base will continue to erode significantly which will be reflected in upcoming Polls in Tripura..
