AGARTALA, June 12 (TIWN): When rank holders are celebrating success, once girl student who couldn’t pass in TBSE Madhyamik exam has committed suicide.

Mallika Debbarma, D/O-Raimohon Debbarma resident of Bisramganj under Sepahijala District hanged herself to death after getting exam results.

Family members said, all of her friends passed in the exam. Mallika was very upset as she couldn’t pass.

Soon, her door was seen closed and immediately her parents started calling her. When she didn’t respond family members broke the door but already Mallika hanged herself.

Police rushed to the spot and after post mortem Mallika’s body was returned to family members.

The TBSE result was published today with 59.59 % passing rate, a heavy fall from last year’s 67.38 %.
