AGARTALA, June 10 (TIWN): De-sheltered, politically victimized family of Jirania, met Chief Minister Biplab Deb at Janata Durbar on Saturday, demanding justice after 18 years for their slain son Parthajit Choudhury. Parents of Ex-Congress activist Parthajit Choudhury meeting CM Biplab Deb at Janata Durbar described how back 2000, their son was killed by CPI-M leaders brutally at Jirania, when Parthajit was returning after tuition. With a sensational information, parents of Parthjit said, a gang of CPI-M comprising of Bimal Das, Anjan Das, Manik Dey (Ex-Minister), Parimal Goala, Keshab Goala had killed him. Father of Parthajit, Gandhi Choudhury said, "I filed FIR, court cases against the murderers but no justice Partha got till day. Right now the case is pending. So, demanding the case should be reopened and proper justice we would get, we have met the Chief Minister. I urge death penalty of those criminals".

The CPI-M goons didn't only stop after killing Parthajit but also vandalized their home at Jirania, looted whole house, tried to kill their elder son three times.
