AGARTALA, May 27 (TIWN): Tripura TV channel News Vanguard's journalist Suman Debnath was attacked by Govt employees when he was covering the pathetic work-culture of an office.

This incident took place at Pecharthal when journalist Suman Debnath attempted to video-record the PWD Office's staff-less situation.

The work-culture of Tripura Govt offices and arrogance of few Depts govt employees have always been under allegation of common people.

After the political change in Tripura, followed by 25 years of Communist regime, new BJP Chief Minister Biplab Deb had ordered to restore the work-culture of the state.

Not only this, the new CM had also sought media's help to spot corruptions and crimes. 

But News Vanguard journalist Suman Debnath was attacked by PWD staffs and his camera was snatched. 

The accused employees who took lead role to attack the journalist are : Bibhuti Bhushan Chakma, Mangaldhan Chakma, Bidyamohon Chakma and few more. 

However, police have lodged a case for this particular incident and investigation is under process.
