AGARTALA, May 3 (TIWN): Heavy resentments have brewed among the customers of LPG cylinder of Battala Gas Agency which is openly doing black marketing of gas-cylinders, whereas customers are not provided with cylinders.

Customers have alleged, “Since weeks we are coming to this gas agency but we are made returned to home saying there is no cylinder in stock”.

“They do not even pick up the phones, so that we can contact before we come to the gas agency. After everyday we are coming, they are giving us new dates. When in the given date we knock again, same dialogues of ‘Not Available’ are uttered by the manager”, one customer said.

“Today we were told the same, but in front of us blackers were carrying cylinders. Such incidents not only brew resentments but also hurts the consumer rights”, the customer alleged. 

It’s quite surprising for the LPG consumers that in front of their eyes blackers are carrying their cylinders but the actual customers are not getting it, giving a strange note in the democracy, ‘In which country we are living’ ?
