Tripura, Nagaland, Meghalaya eyeing for Poll results of March 3rd

AGARTALA, Feb 28 (TIWN): After BJP had formed its Govt in Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, now rest of the country is eyeing for 3 more poll bound Northeast States Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya's poll results which will be declared on March 3rd. Across social media and mouths to mouths discussions on exit polls are ongoing, and both CPI-M and BJP are happy with exit poll results and each of the party supporters are now carrying their favourable exit poll results. In case of Tripura, media houses have given a mixed response in poll exit, whereas after 2 days of wait all confusions will be cleared. Within 12 PM of 3rd March either saffron or red---the colouful celebration will start of Vijay-Utsav. Securities have been tightened across the state keeping the counting session ahead. In Tripura, on yesterday the ballot papers from various constituencies were brought by the ROs in Agartala and then after sorting out were exchanged among them and also sent to each constituency.

 In this election there are 6700 service voters including Charilam constituency’s 115 service voters. As Charilam election was postponed thus the service voters of the 59 constituencies stands 6585 in total.

There are 20 locations chosen for the counting whereas counting halls are 59. The counting will be conducted in Sectors with 20 locations. Among the 20 sectors for West Tripura at Umakanta Academy the voting counting halls to be set. At Sepahijala Dist we have 2 counting halls : One is Sonamura another is Bishalgarh and 3rd one is Jampui Jala. 3 counting centres will be at Gomati : One is at Udaipur, another is at Amarpur and the 3rd is at Korbook.

3 counting centres at South Tripura are Belonia, Santir Bazar, Sabroom.

At North Tripura we have 3 counting centres : Panisagara, Kanchanpur, Dharmanagar and in Uankoti the counting centres are Kailashahar, Kumarghat.

In Khowai Dist the counting centres are Khowai, Teliamura. In Dhalai Dist the  counting centres are : Kamalpur, Ambassa. Apart from that Jirania and Gandachara will have counting centres.
