10323 Scam rattles Manik Govt : Comrades' turn 'Bhakts' ! 10323's New Chapter begins with BJP, Teachers burn Termination Letters, heading to New Delhi with BJP leaders !!!

AGARTALA, Dec 30 (TIWN): After Manik Sarkar Govt’s mass deprivation with 10323 Teachers recruitment, finally BJP has successfully won the vote banks of 10323 teachers, ushering a new hope for them by holding talks with the Central Govt. As BJP is now Centrally powered the 10323 teachers jobs will also be secured, which is now almost guaranteed. Tripura's 10323 terminated teachers will go to New Delhi and meet the MHRD Minister Prakash Yavedkar in demand of their jobs back led by State BJP President Biplab Deb, MLA Sudip Barman, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, National General Secretary Ram Madhav. The teachers said that in similar manner jobs of teachers were also saved at Assam by changing a part of the law ! However, the teachers are happy and happily burnt their termination letters after the meeting was ended at Hindi H S School in the afternoon.

But like CPI-M, BJP itself knows that neither Central or State Govt can return 10323 Teachers jobs as these are terminated by Supreme Court on March 29,2017. Even though Supreme Court allowed 6 months reprieve after Dec 31 on humanitarian grounds but 10323 termination is final.  Even if BJP comes to power in Tripura, they cannot overturn SC’s verdict. BJP is not trustworthy when it comes to promises as Party failed to initiate High Court case, CBI investigation after promising to Tripura public openly in press conference by Biplab Deb after SC verdict on March 29, 2017.

On December 27, total 8662 teachers received terminated among 10323 teachers. 4150 teachers have been terminated under primary basis, GT 3740, PGT 772.  Other teachers have already gotten jobs through TET Examination.

But question remains when BJP is helping the 10323 teachers, what the Central Govt will do for those 58 youths who had filed the case against 10323 teachers jobs ?

Tripura Finance Minister Bhanu Lal Saha on Dec 19 had clearly said after cabinet meeting, 'The teachers futures, jobs are uncertain'. This partial acceptance had come after 10 years of 'Pashe Achi' slogan of the CPI-M Govt with 10323 teachers, since a case in 2010 was filed against the illegal recruitments of the teachers in 2009-10. After last week's cabinet meeting, Tripura Finance Minister Bhanu Lal Saha held a press conference referring the appointments of 10323 teachers from January 1st to June 30 on ad hoc basis for 6 months, which the SC had allowed hearing plea of State Govt on Teachers Crisis in the mid of the Session.

Being asked by media why the Validation Act was not implemented to save 10323 teachers, Saha replied, "It's not that we didn't go through the Act. Immediately after the article published by former Justice, we sat with our legal advisers but according to us it's illegal and unconstitutional. However, sometimes issues vary from Justice to Justice and the Justices who wrote on Validation act, they wrote from their angles". Referring the teachers raising demands for Validation Act, Saha said, "They are doing as their jobs are uncertain".

The CPI-M Govt continued to sustain the teachers about their secured futures. In 2014 when High Court with terminations of 10323 teachers jobs, asked the state govt to 'save their jobs by providing the deprived youths jobs too', but the State Govt's arrogance stretched the issue at Supreme Court and finally lost again on March 29, 2017.  After that State Govt appealed at SC for revision of the judgment and again the state govt lost the case, but SC asked Tripura Govt if it wants 10323 teachers can be appointed on ad hoc basis to diminish teachers crisis, but just maximum for 6 months. SC also said that 'no further appeal in this regard will be accepted'.

But now when BJP has ushered a ray of hope for them and the teachers have come out of their foolishness and become smart enough to walk with BJP leaders. (However, some qualification issues are under checking, said a source)
