AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): Ld. Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Amarpur, Gomati Tripura; has convicted 04( Four) persons namely(1) Binoy Chakma (22) S/O Lt. Subal Chandra Chakma of Main Para (2) Sri Sonjoy Chakma (22) S/O Sri Dhananjoy Chakma of Ranjan Kumar Para (3) Sri Antar Chakma (22) S/O Sri Priya Sudha Chakma of Main Para (4) Sri Iman Chakma S/O Sri Joyti Ranjan Chakma of Main Para all of PS Panchari, District Khagrachari, Bangladesh National, U/S 6 of IPP Act.

On 02-12-2017, Nutanbazar PS Case No. 2017NTB039 U/S- 3 of IPP Act was registered on the basis of Suo-muto complain of one ASI Bijoy Kumar Chakraborty of O/C Jatanbari OP under Nutanbazar PS; against (1) Binoy Chakma (22) S/O Lt. Subal Chandra Chakma of Main Para (2) Sri Sonjoy Chakma (22) S/O Sri Dhananjoy Chakma of Ranjan Kumar Para (3) Sri Antar Chakma (22) S/O Sri Priya Sudha Chakma of Main Para (4) Sri Iman Chakma S/O Sri Joyti Ranjan Chakma of Main Para all of PS Panchari, District Khagrachari, Bangladesh National. They are illegally entry into India through Raishyabari unfenced Border area without any valid documents.

During investigation I/O of the case arrested the FIR named accused persons and forwarded to Ld. Court. After investigation, SI Raju Bhowmik I.O of the case filed Charge-sheet on 19-12-2017 against the accused persons vide Nutanbazar PS Charge Sheet No. 34/2017 U/S-3 of IPP Act.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused persons namely (1) Binoy Chakma (22) (2) Sri Sonjoy Chakma (22) (3) Sri Antar Chakma (22) (4) Sri Iman Chakma are guilty U/S 6 of IPP Act & sentenced  to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 01 (One) Month and to pay fine of Rs-2,000/- each for the commission of offence punishable U/S 6 of IPP Act; in default to suffer simple imprisonment for further period of 20(Twenty) Days.
