AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): Shillong based Tripura's Royal Scion, also the working President of Tripura Pradesh Congress, Pradyot Manikya is again in action ahead pf Tripura Election, when only 2 months have left for the Assembly Election. Like Jishnu Dev Varma, Ram Pada Jamatia, even though Pradyot Manikya is never seen in the field works but before each Assembly Election, Pradyot is seen in the state and hence this election is also nowhere different, but it has become almost a time-pass-activity for Pradyot, as till day, his last moment works for Congress's election preparation failed to bring any effect in party vote banks. With INPT has left for BJP, the Congress through Pradyot is directly asking IPFT's vote or alliance.
Pradyot Manikya has posted an old rally picture in his social media claiming for managing bails for 9 IPFT youths.
"I am glad that as promised to the family members of the 9 youth members of IPFT. I have managed to secure them bail on charges pressed on them by the police. While law will take its own course these boys had come to me and pleaded for legal help during my recent visit to Takarjala.I would like to thank advocate Pijush Biswas and also Sukla (IPFT) for assisting me in this process. I believe in positive cooperation amongst all and this is one such example", Pradyot posted with an old picture, but anybody will be confused thinking it today's picture.
Pradyot also claimed that the IPFTs were given bail on Pijush Biswas's special interference. However, question raises, how under CPI-M Govt which has been claimed always as the utmost enemy of IPFT, their bails were made possible; if politically there was no mutuality among Congress and CPI-M ? And if there is no mutuality why the working president of Congress is trying to give a political colour on it ?
