BELONIA, Dec 16 (TIWN): Even though Governor Tathagata Roy was not invited in India-Bangladesh Mairi park inauguration programme, but Gautam Das like figures from Melarmath was seen to dominate the show.

In the name of Indo-Bangla relation building, the motto became to build vote banks of South Tripura.

The full progarmme had turned an election platform for CPI-M and from CPI-M leader Gautam Das  to other comrades had dominated the show. But unfortunately, Manik Sarkar failed to point out a single event related to Tripura's development and his Govt's contribution in it. In the speech of Maitri Park Inauguration, all central projects from Feni river to Rail line till Sabroom, double-lane projects have been his election gimmicks of the day.

All in all communist leaders had dominated the ground today, but not a single line was uttered on behalf of Govt of India, even though the park was made by central funds had been sanctioning from UPA era.
