AGARTALA, Dec 15 (TIWN): Even though Tripura CPI-M Govt has lost in the petition-review appeal at Supreme Court but till June the teachers are said to be saved with State Govt's fresh circulation, which has however allowed the Communist Vessel to pass safely till February-2018.

Even though maximum 10323 teachers are silent but at least half of 10323 families votebanks have been saved  successfully by the CPI-M Govt.

On the other side, BJP has  ensured about livelihood of the teachers along with 8 lakhs unemployed youths.

“We not give such jobs, which will be illegal. What BJP will give it will have validity beyond Supreme Court”, BJP spokesman Ashok Sinha said yesterday evening.

"The prayer was done for 1 year more extension whereas SC has permitted for 6 months only. The State Govt told Supreme Court that December is the middle of the session and thus termination will cause massive crisis to the Education system", said Sinha.

"The relief was given ad-hoc basis and no further request to SC can be done in this regard", said Sinha.

However, it's worthy to mention here SC in its verdict wrote, "On 31st December, 2017, the tenure of the incumbents will come to an end. Thereafter their appointments will only for 6 months on ad-hoc basis on such fresh terms that the state govt may impose. Thereafter one of the said incumbent will continue".

The order further said, "No further orders in these applications..."

However, election vessel of CPI-M is on its right direction as February-2018 has been set as  the election month. But point is if after election state govt gives 5,000 rupees per month till June to the teachers then also they can protest as their jobs will have no relation with 2010’s recruitment and state govt is appointing them on 6 month’s contract.
