AGARTALA, Nov 6 (TIWN): Anuara Chowdhury's case seems have been dumped under files as no progress recently was heard in it, except the most unwanted incident that is the bail of Noor Ahmed, Anuara's uncle who was arrested after much pressures from the Polytechnic students and the oppositions.

Anuara who was graved without postmortem with the protest polytechnic students and oppositions was took out of her grave and what forensic report published it was unbelievable. While GB hospital Doctors declared her death due to heart attack, but forensic report published she was poisoned. But till day, no action has been taken against the doctors and Anuara's uncle has also been released.

Anuara's uncle Noor Muhammad, a DYFI leader is now in bail and ofcourse nothing will happen to him.

Anuara’s death caused various candle march, silent rally, overnight protests in the capital city but Anuara has remained just as a victim who is still waiting for justice. However, the Chief Minister of the state Manik Sarkar being the Home Minister too, has not given any objection about police forces wrong doing even after bundles of allegations raised by every sections of the people. Apart from Nur Muhammad (DYFI leader), no other family members of Anuarahave been arrested whereas Nur Ahmed’s arrest was fully due to the pressure given by students of Polytechnic College on May-12. But the main allegation was that Anuara was beaten, poisoned by her maternal relatives that led her to die in the presence of all of her family members.

Tripura Engineering Student Anuara Choudhury's death certificate was signed by Dr. Kishan Rawat whose name is not even registered under Tripura Medical Council till day. Dr. Shyam Sundar Saha and Dr. Kishan Rawat both tried their best to prove Anuara's death as a normal death and wrote she died in heart attack, whereas she was poisoned in real.

Earlier, Anuara's case was under Section-702, but after the forensic report came, then the case was moved into-302 IPC. That raised question on GB Hospitals' doctors role who without any treatment said that she died out of Heart attack. But quite surprising, police is utter silent and sympathetic towards the GB hospital doctors. Is police waiting for further road blockade, agitations ?
