AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): Tripura opposition MLA Sudip Barman on Saturday at the BJP Office slammed the section of CPI-M's paid media who are trying to portray Manik Sarkar's image which is actually 'much' bigger portray of the CM's actual 'size'. Tripura Govt recently has given a press release, with bundles of lies to portray the clean image of Chief Minister with 10 'denial of scam allegations' including Rose valley, Bimal Chakraborty's RD scam and Tripura Govt said 'strictest possible actions were taken by the govt'. On the other side various scams of the CPI-M Govt were disclosed by the opposition MLA on Saturday and repeatedly during the press conference.

Barman alleged against a section of media people for being the 'Direct Beneficiary' of the Tripura Govt, "much eager to hide the corruptions and to portray the  Chief Minister as honest, poor and wise, which he never deserved".

Targeting the section of Direct Beneficiary media, Barma said, "The beneficiaries are allocated with, govt land, various facilities in exchange. That section direct beneficiaries are building up Manik Sarkar's image of which he is not worthy.....I am acknowledge about the corruption,  but I am helping the corruption. I am helping the thieves to get the benefits". 

Noteworthy, Manik Sarkar Govt even distributed prime land near Secretariat to jailed thieves so that paid media can portray CPI-M's clean image year after years.

"Such section of media are trying to suppress the truth, suppress the corruption  but still I am Honest ?", asked Barman. 

"The allegations which led Badal Chodhury to lose his Ministry in a particular Dept, led Bimal Chakraborty in jail... today they are denying those allegations ?", said Barman.

"The section of beneficiaries people who are very-busy to portray Mr. Manik Sarkar, much eager to portray his image are aiding, editing corruption in Tripura, but I  have to say that Chief Minister is honest", added Barman.

However, about the notification, Barman claimed that it was done with the full acknowledgement of Manik Sarkar and it's not possible anything is happening in Tripura without his (Manik Sarkar's) approval.  Dr. Ashok Sinha has filed a case against the Tripura Govt for the notification.
