AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): BJP spokesperson Dr. Ashok Sinha has filed a petition against Tripura Govt with the recent 10 allegation-denial of the Govt via notification.
Tripura Govt recently has given a press release denying 10 allegations charged against the Govt by media and various opposition parties and even common men.
The 10 allegations which Tripura Govt denied 3 months ahead of Election are :
1. Rose Valley, 2. Bishalgarh RD scam, 3. Rupaichari Block under GSG Ayangar, 4. - Rs.12.00 crores was misappropriated in Pecharthal Block, 5. Health scams, 6. 10323, 7. Rs. 5.00 crores were misappropriated under Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan. 8. - Rs. 2.00 crores were misappropriated in Satchand Block in 2011 during procurement of ginger, 9. The State Govt. purchased adulterated medicines from a company based in Himachal Pradesh. 10. There was an allegation of a scam in Welfare Fund of Social Welfare. From the internal report it appears that Rs. 300.00 crores were misappropriated in 32 Blocks out of which Rs.115.00 crores were from MGNREGA fund---hence Tripura Govt denied the allegation.

Addressing a press conference at the BJP Office, Barman said, "The 10 clarification's denial was not only the acceptance of the guilts by the CPI-M Govt but the notification itself proves the state govt's nexus with corruptions. From top to bottom the allegations have been accepted but published with various wrong datas".
Sudip Barman during the press conference repeatedly asked, "How such a false notification was published in a Govt Website ??"
