AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): Tripura Govt's 10 allegation denial which brought the Rose Valley scam into the limelight, couldn't mention against Chief Minister's involvement in the scam. Tripura opposition leader Sudip Barman in a press conference raised question at the BJP Office, 'Why Tripura Govt's notification couldn't dare to mention about Chief Minister Manik Sarkar's involvement in the scam, neither it denied about Bijita Nath and other leaders for being the brand ambassadors of the Rose Valley scam"? "Whereas Chief Minister Manik Sarkar himself accepted in the Assembly that Rose Valley was a financial scam and under West Police Station's ongoing investigation, the scam was mounted with 97 crores 84 lakhs already, how Tripura Govt's notification published on Rose Valley said it was merely a Rs. 35 cores of scam" ? said Sudip Barman.

"Not only this, nowhere throughout the notification it was written that Chief Minister wasn't involve in the Rose Valley scam, neither the notification uttered a single line against the leaders' being brand ambassadors of the chit fund scam", said Barman.

Barman also raised question, why after 2013 when Sudipta Sen was arrested, Manik Sarkar allowed the chit fund scamsters to escape from state? 

"The owners of chit fund wanted to return the public-money, but Manik Sarkar has been silent with the issue and didn't reply to the letters of chit fund owners", said Barman.

Noteworthy, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar not only promoted Rose Valley but influenced lakhs of people to invest in this Chit fund scam.  'There is no doubt that Rose Valley is an established company'..... who said this ? Answer is well known : Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar said this. In 2008,  May 7 Manik Sarkar announced, "Rose Valley is business organization. They will exchange capitals now in this state. Now this is their turnover time which is yearly 700 to 750 crores. So there is no doubt that their business is expanding heavily". Based on his speech poor people surrendered their hardearned money in Rose Valley but when  Rose Valley was exposed Sarkar said I didn't know anything about it. CM also asked the MD Ashok Saha to amke a hotel near Matabari for religious people and to make it larger in coming days : it may be 5 floored or 18th floor.

No 1 question was : Why Manik Sarkar gave industry land to Rose Valley ? State has not seen any industry-growth and CM has donated industry land to the Rose Valley group of agency. 2nd question is, in CPI-M regime people do not get their license for shops even after crossing a year, but within 20 days various Municipalities had given Rose Valley trade license ? Why so much sympathy for Rose Valley ? And the most important question is why Manik Sarkar inaugurated the Rose Valley park ?

Sudip Barman also questioned that not only distributing free land to Rose Valley type of Chit Fund companies but Manik Sarkar gifted free prime land near State Secretariat to a jailed theif cum blackmailer to continue 'Manik Sarkar's' clean image propaganda via thief's news portal. Sudip Barman gave enough indication that like Rose Valley land, Manik Sarkar's all gifted lands will be re-possed by State Govt after BJP's election victory in 2018.
