AGARTALA, Oct 25 (TIWN): Tripura opposition MLA Sudip Barman, who has recently joined BJP said on May-18 that the 12000 posts are not at all jobs but a joke to the 10323 teachers' sentiments. CPI-M although is blaming Sudip Barman for motivating people to file case, but point is law has no place political bluffings, allegations, sentiments but law will direct towards the truth, whether somebody likes or not. Tripura Govt was given full options to save 10323 teachers jobs during HC's verdict by giving jobs to the 58 deprived petitioners, but instead of accepting guilt, state govt is playing hide & seek politics with the 10323 teachers.

With the two times' stay-order issued on the 12000 posts, Sudip Barman's claims have proven as true that the lollypos of 12000 posts were merely 'Laddus' for 10323 teachers.

Barman on that day said, 'This nothing but a cheating, done by Tripura Govt with 10,323 teachers and other unemployed youths of state with the strange recruitment policy'.

'Govt said it is always with 10,323 teachers but at the end 10,323 teachers will get Laddu... as if anyone file case against this scam their jobs will go again. CPI-M has brainwashed the 10,323 in such manner that they have been fooled so easily again with pre-mind set', said Barman.

'Whereas SC ordered to fill up 10,323 posts for teachers, Tripura Govt has created new posts for Education Dept, but with May-31st, 2017 Tripura Govt has to publish fresh advertisement for 10,323 teachers posts with TET Exam', said Barman.

12000 non-teaching posts' hearing has been once again postponed till 16th January, 2018. Hearing couldn't be completed on Tuesday and the Supreme has asked Tripura Govt not to circulate the appointments till the next hearing that is on 16th January, 2018. This setback has majorly affected the 10323 teachers' who were terminated on 2017's March 29 at the Supreme Court due to illegal recruitments of those teachers done by Tripura Govt in 2010 and 2014. On the other side, the 10323 teachers' termination date is December 31st 2017.
