UDAIPUR, Oct 20 (TIWN): Rain causes massive losses in Diwali business on Thursday, Friday nights at Matabari.

25000 Kg of ‘peda’ (food items used in offering Devi Kali) were prepared but the business undergone heavy losses due to rain.

During the day time, although business went rise but after the evening and night rain heavily disrupted, downing the profit market.

Lakhs of devotees arrived to see Diwali fair through train and vehicle but the locals seated at home, the loss which couldn’t  recover as the rain also continued on Friday.
