AGARTALA, Sep 19 (TIWN): CPI-M Govt's mass deprivation of hapless SSA teachers forcing teachers to organize mega protest as State Govt reluctant for regularization. The SSA employees had withdrawn hunger strike by timebounding the state govt with 1 month for the regularizing the teachers. As already 1 month has been passed, but there is no response from the state govt, so SSAs will launch a protest again in demand of regularization, which will be the biggest ever protest led by the SSAs. Even though Tripura Govt has regularized the Forest Dept employees but SAA teachers are far away from being regularized. SSA Teachers even though continued a 7 day long hunger strike from Aug-1 to Aug-7 that led many teachers to hospitalized, but there is no attempt taken by the state govt to regularize them. In this regard, the SSA teachers recently placed deputation to the Elementary Education Director Kuntala Das.

However, nothing has been sorted out yet about their regularization, neither the Education Minister is ready to appeal the Centre to regularize the SSA teachers.

 But resentment brews as when the Forest Dept Employees have been regularized, the SSAs are still deprived. Both of these section of employees (Forest and SSA) claimed that State Govt is hiding various issues and if the state govt wants it can regularize them in a day. Most surprisingly, the in case of SSAs, the Tripura Govt did the most unlawful activity. The Govt has been bringining funds from the Central Govt in the name of SSA teachers at regular scale but in state they are said as ‘irregular employees’ resulting mass looting of teachers salaries.

Moreover, the SSA teachers who are working in a Central Govt's project without any pension scheme for them, has been deprived years after years, due to the deprivation led by Tripura Govt. In the name of SSC teachers every month the state govt is receiving 100 % fund, but when distributing the salaries every month the teachers are paid less than they actually deserve. Question raises, where their money go ? SSA teachers have exposed a biggest ever scam led by Tripura Communist Govt for looting SSA teachers’ salaries years after years.  

Recently SSA teachers alleged that SSA teachers have already been regularized whereas the notification kept hidden by Tripura Finance Dept, with its ill motive of drawing regular salary of the teachers from centre. However, with valid documents SSA teachers disclosed that they have been regularized in 2015 already and that was accepted by the finance minister Bhanulal Saha when central govt asked the state govt to give details about regular paid salaries. In an RIT filed in 2015 Jyoti Pahwa, Under Secretary to the Govt of India said in the No. F. - 7/ 2016-EE.B, "SSA funds for salary is provided for regular and contract teachers as informed by the State".
