AGARTALA, Oct 14 (TIWN): With a shocking note, it has been known that after Tripura TV journalist Santanu Bhowmik's barbaric murder on Sep-20 at Mandai Santanu's biological father Sadhan Bhowmik was outcasted by state govt from each and every information about his son's death. Tripura Police, State Govt official didn't bother to talk to Santanu's father for once after his death which has shocked the father. At the same time, Sadhan Bhowmik claimed that such attitudes of state govt, shows police's negligence, lack-of-seriousness in Santanu's murder case's probe. After 3 weeks of Santanu's murder many questions coming out which are bowling the suspension of his mysterious murder and ruling CPI-M's nexus with Sananu's murderers. Till day when only 3 persons are arrested in Santanu murder case, Tripura Police has not arrested anymore whereas according to police atleast 10-15 persons were seen in Santanu murder.

Question raises, Where are the rest of others ? Three of the accused after three weeks of murder only 2 times produced before the court and long-long Police Remand / Jail Custody (with atleast 14 days tenure), but police after 3 weeks couldn't arrest anymore.  What is police doing with the long remands and JC's with the accused persons ??

Santanu's father in a letter to the Chief Minister said, "I have equal right to get informed about my son's death but after 3 weeks of Santanu's brutal murder not a single police official has called me neither from Govt side anybody informed me anything, even though I am the biological father of Santanu". Sadhan Bhowmik also alleged that he was not allowed to participate in his son's last rituals, although Santanu is the one and only son of him.

A letter has been written to the Chief Minister by Sadhan Bhowmik demanding CBI investigation in Santanu's murder. "I don't have any faith in SIT. Moreover 3 weeks after Santnau's murder the progress of Santanu murder case has be very slow that made me unhappy",  Bhowmik writes in the letter to CM.

"I request you to refer the case of Santanu murder case to CBI as state police is biased", added Bhowmik.
