AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Sep 28 (TIWN): Durga Puja season in Tripura witnessing rampant sale of drugs, contrabands across Agartala streets as Police authorities failed to arrest a single drug trafficker so far in Agartala and adjoining areas. Tripura capital’s majority of pan shops from Nager Bazar to Math Chowmuhani selling contrabands, even pregnancy pain killer mixed in tea, coffee so that young generation can get a high at low cost. Failure of State Police intelligence network fueling mass accumulation of smugglers to terrorist elements in Tripura. Even CPI-M party is involved in mass exodus of Bangladesh extremists in rehabilating in India. Union Home Ministry submitted secret report to SC on Sep 18,2017 that IB, RAW unearthed CPI-M, TMC backed criminal network in Tripura, Bengal mainly engaged in illegal Voter ID,PAN card racket to convert Rohingya Terrorists as Indian citizens.

Union Govt said many Rohingya have "illegally" got voter identity cards and PAN cards, and some are "using the 'hawala' route to raise money for illegal activities" due to active political backing in Tripura and West Bengal.

In its 15 page affidavit, filed in the SC on a plea by the Rohingya against their deportation, the Centre hinted that the SC shouldn't interfere in executive policy dealing with illegal Rohingya migrants+ .

Still, there was an impressive line up of eminent lawyers present in the SC who appeared for the Rohingya refugees and against their deportation. They included Fali Nariman, Kapil Sibal, Rajeev Dhawan, Colin Gonsalves, Ashwani Kumar and Prashant Bhushan.

As well, the SC refused a plea to issue a notice to the National Human Rights Commission, which publicly supported the Rohingya Muslims and said it would argue against their deportation.

Union Govt in its affidavit firmly argued for deporting the Rohingya refugees

It contended that the organised Rohingya Muslim influx started in 2012 and added that there are around 40,000 such refugees in the country currently. It reiterated the home ministry's comments that the "presence of illegal Rohingya Muslims in India is not only a drain on India's resources but also a serious security threat to country."

A plea filed in the SC by two Rohingya immigrants, Mohammad Salimullah and Mohammad Shaqir, who are registered refugees under the United Nations High Commission of Refugees, stated that their deportation "would be in contradiction with the Principle of Non-Refoulement, which has been widely recognized as a principle of Customary International Law".

Union Govt said on Monday that the right to residence is available to citizens and not illegal migrants like the Rohingya.

CPI-M in Tripura, TMC in Bengal doing their best to appease Rohingya Muslims so that terrorist money and vote bank both will help these anti-national parties.

Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt's multiple Ministers like Shahid Chowdhury actively involved into cross-border smugglings, arm-dealings with various ISI, HUJI operatives like Mamoon Mia who was nabbed from Minister Shahid Chowdhury's official residence.

Tripura needs NIA (National Investogation Agency) probe to unearth links among various CPI-M leaders, Ministers and Banladesh based ISI, HUJI operatives.

After last April 28,2017 no drug raid was conducted by Police in Agartala and other towns as rapmpant sale of heroin, brown sugar continue.

April 28,2017 News

East Police Station on April 28,2017 late night nabbed one drug smuggler Sanjib Das with 22 gram of brown sugar and other theft items at around night 9.30 PM. The raid was held at Mara Chowmuni, Rajib Ghosh’s home, where Sanjib was residing in rent. Reportedly, Sanjib’s actual home is at Joypur in lives in rent to export brown sugar regularly to local shops and youths. Getting informed via sources, police held the raid successfully and nabbed Sanjib red handed.

But when 22 gram brown sugar is just a eye wash, on the other hand massive Drug trafficking, hundreds of crores of Heroin, Brown Sugar smuggling across Northeast, Tripura’s border regions funding narco-terrorism which is a serious concern for Union Home Ministry. Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday said drug trafficking poses a serious threat to global security and called upon the BRICS nations to come together to collectively fight against the menace.

Moreover all contraband items like phensedyl, correx, drug tablets are easily available over counters at most of the pharmacy shops in Agartala.

It was on Oct 27, 2016 that 2 round bullets, Phensedyl, chorex and huge amount of drug were recovered from the heart of Agartala City on Thursday. In total 500 bottles of liquors were recovered. West Tripura Police led by SP Abhijit Saptarshi and Add SP Sharmistha Chakraborty held raid at a house in Masterpara, Agartala where these items were recovered.

So obviously question raise, how much money drug smugglers, terrorist paying to CPI-M to continue roaring business  in Tripura ?
