AGARTALA, Sep 14 (TIWN): Scam after scams swindling thousands of crores of Central funds, still Manik Sarkar never lose a chance to appease Central Ministers as bootlicking them keeps CPI-M cash reserves in good shape. Amidst Central-State's relation's tight situation, developed out of Tripura CPI-M Govt led various un-utilized funds, financial scams, corruptions discovered in last 3 years under Modi Govt at Centre, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has given a grand welcome to the Central Statistics and Programme Implementation Devaragunda Venkappa Sadananda Gowda. Minister Tapan Chakraborty was accompanying the Chief Minister with a 'all set' file and Manik Sarkar was seen to prove him as the 'Cleanest imaged CM' before the Central Minister. The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation is an Indian government ministry concerned with coverage and quality aspects of statistics released.

 The surveys conducted by the Ministry are based on scientific sampling methods.The current head of the ministry is  D V Sadananda Gowda who is visiting the state to take notes of each points of loopholes. Tripura Govt is not leaving any scopes for any further allegation as there are only 4 months left for the election.

Tripura's records of works are statistically is always high in papers, but when comes about actual work it discloses various holes and pots.

In case of SSA teachers, state govt has been drawing central funds each month on regular basis but in Tripura they have not been announced as regular yet. In case of MGNREGA corruption, Tripura Govt has done mastery of pond-digging that led the area of ponds more than the actual size of the state.

Recently Chief Minister Manik Sarkar following the abolition of the Planning Commission and the adoption of a new policy at the Centre, Tripura has been losing around Rs 2000 crore per year.

On the other hand, Union Minister for State of YUSH Shripad Naik on Monday said, "In last 3 years there has been no issue regarding funds at all, as Tripura Govt is claiming. Rather in comparing with UPA Govt we invested Rs. 7000 cr more for Tripura".

"After Modi Govt came at centre Tripura got 7000 crores extra for various developmental works. So such allegations are incorrect", said Naik.

However, what feedback comes from Minister of Statistics and Programme Implementation D V Sadananda Gowda after seeing the statistic of Manik Sarkar and Tapan Chakraborty it's to be seen as this is Tapan Chakraborty under whose Ministry 10,323 to SSA scams took place.
