UDAIPUR, Aug 14 (TIWN): Yogi led UP system's critics yet to inspect Tripura's Health Service's pathetic shapes under Manik's regime. Being at a corner of Northeast zone Tripura state govt hardly has to reply the media at National level after tragic death or suffer from Centre's pressure especially in Health Service. One more life has stopped forever at Gomati Hospital on Monday due to the high negligence of the doctor and staffs at there. A 32 years man, Pareshwar Das, resident of Palatana was admitted at Kakrabon Hospital on Sunday morning after he was suffering suddenly with coughs with blood clots. Immediately he was referred to the Gomati Dist Hospital but for 18 hours long, no treatment was served to him led him to die pathetically. The patient was suffering from high suffocation but at the last moment he was provided with oxygen, alleged the patient party.

The deceased wife said, "We admitted him at Kakrabon hospital on Sunday morning. Seeing his health's deteriorating condition, the Kakrabon hospital doctor had referred him in Gomati Dist Hospital. After we came here Doctor Joydeb Debbarma checked him but said no bed is left and behaved with us roughly when we urged for immediate treatment. After he was admitted, not a single doctor had checked him. When we asked the doctor said, he has checked already in the emergency....... but till now, even after his death we do not know what disease has killed him".

"No proper treatment was given to him although he was suffocating since yesterday. When our patient was dying, then an oxygen mask was given to him but it was too late. Even after death,  Joydeb Debbarma denied that he admitted the patient. Later he accepted that he checked the patient but clearly said how would he know about his health ? Is it called responsibility ??", the patient party asked.

Asking the Doctor, Joydeb Debbarma he said, "One patient was admitted in the hospital suspected as Hemolytic Anemia . Whatever treatment we could give, we gave to him but if patient dies it's not our fault".

Two vital questions are raising after the incident :

1.  Why doctor could not identify the patient's disease even after death ?

2. If he was serious why he was not referred to GB?
