UDAIPUR, Aug 1 (TIWN): LD. Judicial Magistrate 1ST Class Court No-03, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted 01 (One) accused person namely Tapan Das(43) S/o Lt. Laxmi Charan Das of Murapara, PS R.K Pur , Gomati District, U/S- 353/447 IPC.

On 11-02-2011, R.K Pur PS Case No. 47/2011 U/S- 353/427/447 IPC, was registered on the basis of written compliant of one Mukunda chandra Das, I/C S.F.P.P Jamjuri under Kakraban Forest Range , PS Kakraban under Gomati District against the accused person namely Tapan Das(43) S/o Lt. Laxmi Charan Das of Murapara, PS R.K Pur , Gomati District; for hurling attack and  assault upon the complainant & his staff and also damage Govt. properties On 06-02-2011 at about 0800 hrs. Murapara Forest office, PS R.K Pur.

 After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Ranjit Kr. Datta, On 27-05-2011, against the accused person namely Tapan Das(43) S/o Lt. Laxmi Charan Das of Murapara, PS R.K Pur , Gomati District, vide R.K Pur PS C/S No. 159/2011 U/S 447/353/427  IPC. The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Tapan Das (43), is guilty U/S 353/447 IPC and sentenced him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 06 (Six) months for the commission of offence punishable U/S 353 IPC and also sentence to suffer rigorous imprisonment 01 (one) month for the commission of offence punishable U/S 447 IPC. Both the sentence shall run concurrently.
