AGARTALA, July 9 (TIWN): The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) observed the 27th death anniversary of martyr Kanu Dey at Agartala.

SFI claimed that he  died during a bullet attack of police when they were  protesting against  the system of  buying  compulsory note books.

He was student of class VIII at the time of death and also a member of SFI.

On the occasion SFI state committee organized Martyr day at Paradise Chowmuhani, Agartala.
