SONAMURA, July 8 (TIWN): Amidst lack of proper cooperation from the state govt since years, Monarchak under NEEPCO has been forwarded helps to the state education.
In 4 schools and 1 Madrassa, Monarchak power plant under NEEPCO has given solar equipments as a part of school infrastructure at Sonamura.
The Solar machines are of high quality that will be helpful for the school in coming days, especially during monsoon.
However, it was known that due to lack of gas supply from ONGC the Monarchak is yet failed to produce power at its capacity.
Local MLA Shyamal Chakraborty even though demanded on the spot that ONGC should supply gas sufficiently, but his own lameduck power minister Manik Dey has no concern about theses.
As per latest update state govt was issued with a notice for its failure to pay the unpaid bill to the power plants of the state.
