CPI-M's scam with 13000 Non-Teaching posts creation : HRD Minister says 'Central Govt is not blind to permit State recruitment violating MHRD guidelines'

AGARTALA, July 6 (TIWN): Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt's corruption laced bluffs once again punctured by visiting Central Mjnister on Thursday hitting 13000 'imaginary' posts created by State Govt violating MHRD guidelines as eligibility criteria kept under dark. Although Tripura Govt said after it declared non-teaching posts for teaching experience holders, 'We have created 13000 posts, so the eligibility also we will decide', but at the end, whether the state govt can keep its promise or not it's uncertain, as in a press conference Union Minister of State of Human Resource Development Dr Mahendra Nath Pande replying a media question said, 'If Tripura Govt's recruitment process followed by MHRD guidelines then, there will be no issue but if not; then Central Govt is not sitting to give permission for the illegal posts'. The Minister said so after he was acknowledged about the fact that Tripura Govt is asking teaching experience to apply for non-teaching posts, whereas some of the posts do not exist in any school or office in whole India & some are out of world dictionary. Giving a signal that 'Tripura Govt is with 10,323 teachers' Minister Tapan Chakraborty declared on May-27 that 12,000 posts in Education Dept to be filled up (even though State Govt has no money).

Whereas since years, 2000 posts could not been filled up, all of a sudden Tripura Govt has released offer for 12,000 Education Dept Employees posts in 4 categories to save 10,323 teachers, that generated much resentment among the 7 lakhs of unemployed youths in Tripura. Reportedly, as for 1) Academic Councilor 1200 posts, 2) Student Councilor 3,400, 3) School Library Assistant 1,500, 4) School Assistant 5,600 posts & 1000 others under Social Welfare Dept.

The 1,500 assistant librarians posts created by Tripura Govt recently asked a 5 years teaching experience whereas no degree on Library science was required. But what surprising matter is that whereas a person can sit in interview for Asst Librarian posts, with 5 years of experience of teaching, but a person already having a library science degree is not allowed to sit in the interview. Meeting the Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty, the Library Science graduates asked Minister Tapan Chakraborty on May-31 how the library science graduates will gather teaching experience ? Which school will provide a librarian a teaching job ?

Neither Govt nor private schools can appoint a Librarian or Asst Librarian as an Asst Teachers across the world. So how the librarians will gather teaching experience for 5 years ?

In the similar fashion for non-teaching posts Govt asked 3 or 5 years of teaching experience for each posts. In this condition, when HRD Minister was asked about the solution the Minister clearly said,  'recruitments that are violating guidelines of MHRD will be cancelled' !
