AGARTALA, July 3 (TIWN) : After TMC General Secretary Patha Chatterjee asked Trinamool to cut relation with 5 Tripura MLAs from the party, MLA Sudip Barman, MLA Asish Saha, MLA Dibachadra Rankhol immediately called a press conference at Agartala Party Office reacting shocks over the statement. Addressing the press conference MLA Sudip Barman said, “This is really unfortunate statement given by Partha Chatterjee, but no paper in this regard has come to us, neither anybody was suspended officially”. “But, at the beginning we were dedicated to Mamata Banerjee led Trinamool party seeing her anti-CPI-M policy, but now with presidential election, earlier with Demonetization and GST, Trinamool is compromising with CPI-M. Mamata Banerjee should stand beside anti-communist parties as our fight here is against CPI-M only”, said Barman. "In this regard a meeting will be held among all the Trinamool MLAs in Tripura on Wednesday", said Barman.

Tripura Trinamool also request Mamata Banerjee and her party ‘not to vote’ that candidate whom CPI-M is supporting.

However, about the suspension Sudip Banerjee strictly declined to be acknowledged anything.

Clearing the confusion further, Barman said, “We joined Trinamool, left our ideology to see the Congress and CPI-M’s alliance, but again similar problems are happening when Trinamool is doing "aposh" (alliance)”.

‘From Demonetization time the clash began when Mamata Banerjee tied with CPI-M, met Sitaram Yechury resulted Barjala constituency's pathetic bi-eection result’, said Barman.

Mamata Banerjee earlier said, ‘Where CPI-M, I’m not there. Then why today this sudden change? And till day no advise from Tripura  Trinamool has been taken although this is our election time. We know about TMC’s decision from the newspapers. Same was with GST’... Barman added.

‘Thus we have decided few things seeing her shifting from Anti-CPI-M to CPI-M / TMC alliance’, said Barman.

‘Why did you change your stand to wipe out tooth and nail of CPI-M’?, Barman told Mamata Banerjee via this press conference.

“Nobody from Trinamool West Bengal talked to us since and half months’, said Barman.

When media asked Barman to clear the confusion about suspension, Barman said, ‘How can I clear it ?? It’s Patha Babu, who should clear the stand and clarify what did he mean by Samparko-Chinno !’
