AGARTALA, June 28 (TIWN): In a furious manner CPI-M state Secretary Bijan Dhar urged his party members t fight back against BJP if any situation of self protection is needed. This statement of BijanDhar is very crucial as it has come at time where state has been witnessing political violences one by one at places such as Kumarghat , Kamalpur , Salema , Dukli , Bishalgarh , Udaipur , Rabgamati , Natun Bazar , Kamala Sagar and Belonia. In all these palces party supporters of BJP andCPI-M were injured as political clashes took to its serious proportions. When the common people of Tripura expected sincere attempts from all political parties to combat such clashes CPI-M Secretary BijanDhar is considered to have aggravated the situation by his statement given yesterday.

Briefing the media BijanDhar urged ," If BJP tries to attack our workers and makes an attempt to break the piece CPI-M will not lag behind in hitting back .

" This statement from  the state Secretary of the ruing CPI-M is said to be an indirect threat given to the opposition parties, especially BJP .

Although assembly poll in Tripura  is going to be held anywhere near February 2017, political tensions have already started to grip the people of the state. Already opposition party workers and even leaders have been attacked . Eying the dangerBJP has raised demand to  give central security to leaders like SubalBhowmik , PratimaBhowmik and party's observer Sunil Deodhar .

Actually since1993 CPI-M has been enjoying absolute supremacy in Tripura. But the situation started to change once Narendra Modi came to power at the Centre in 2014 . With its development agenda BJP has made it clear that North East is its prime target and Tripura is in the lime light. Day by day BJP too has been making its attempt to   take the confidence of the opposition party supporters in its favour . Concerned with rising and one sidedinfluence of BJP , CPI -M too is worried. And all knows that whenever the communists face tough challenge , they resort to violence .

Recently a book was published by a hardcore RSS worker of Maharashta namely in Marathi language. It is learnt that the book highlighting the gross corruption in Tripura under Manik Sarkar will be translated into Bengali and Kokborok ad at least 10000 copies of its Bengali version will be sent to Tripura to make the people aware of their false belief regarding ManikSarkar:l's honesty , said a highly placed source in BJP . Ever since this news got spread , ruling CPI-M has seen it as a direct threat to their dominion as CPI-M fought three consecutive elections on Manik Sarkar's hineaty(!).

Again in an interesting development CBI has sent a notice to Social Welfare Minister BijitaNath in the multi-crore Rose Valley scam .And BratinGhoshal is an efficient CBI official , who played a key role in sending TMC MP SudipBandopadhyay to jail for three months.

A highly placed sources close to CPI-M revealed this correspondent ," Even CPI-M top leaders in Tripura are now worried about the consequences of CBI interrogation. Considering the image of BratinGhoshal , who is coming to Tripura by Tuesday afternoon  with a team of CBI officials , BijitaNath is under tremendous pressure . "

Publication of book showing corruption of Manik Sarkar's era and CBI notice back to back came as bigblows to Manik Sarkar & Co . Meanwhile , demand for 'Disturbed Area ' by BJP has rocked CPI-M party's state unit and Bijanhgar's statement came as an outburst of such fear psychosis of BJP , said a highly placed Melarmath sources. The sources also revealed that the very demand for disturbed area is seen as a sign of 1988 like episode when CPI-M lost the assembly poll.
