AGARTALA, July 16 (TIWN): With another major setback to the unemployed youths in Tripura, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has displayed his extreme arrogance while answering three deprived youths Sikha Chandra, Rajib Kr. Das, Dilip Deb Roy, who met the CM to talk about the delaying appointments in spite of a High Court order in 2016. In the year 2010 while releasing science graduate teachers offers, the state had appointed everyone except three youths whose offer letters were cancelled with an unknown reason led the youths to file a case in the High Court. In its final hearing Tripura High Court ordered the state govt (in 2016) to appoint the deprives within next three months. But one year has been crossed that HC passed the order, but state govt did not appointed them. On Friday when they met the Chief Minister and discussed the whole issue, CM knowing that media is covering the matter mockingly asked hapless youths to file case against Tripura Govt "for violating HC's order".

Manik Sarkar with this reply has not only questioned the High Court's order to State Govt, but also dishonored the justice system of the country.

In 2010, with the notification No-F1 (1-48) (NG)/ 2010 Sikha Chandra B.SC pure, Rajib Kr. Das, Dilip Deb Roy were given job offers on fixed scale with Rs. 7,060/- by Tripura Education Dept. Dilip Dey Roy is from Khowai, Ranjib Kr Das is from Teliamura.

They also spent a huge amount in the legal procedure at Tripura High Court. However, in 2016 as per High Court's order (Justice Subashish Talapatra) they got the victory over the corrupt system, but till day they have not been appointed that generated much anger among the deprived.

Finally, when they raised to issue before CM, he told them to 'file case again' against Tripura Govt.

Anti-national CPI-M’s Chief Minister Manik knows very well that Tripura High Court lacks an upright Chief Justice like Deepak Gupa, whose bench cancelled Manik Govt’s scam laden 10323 teachers recruitment on May, 2014, which was uplheld by Supreme Court.

Also, wily Manik knows that assembly election knocking door in 2018 and CPI-M’s prospects gloomy, so this corrupt CM chosen to insult the hapless youths and Tripura High Court’s verdict.
