AGARTALA, June 9 (TIWN): Within 24 hours, when panics are there after a 15 years tribal girl was killed after gang rape, another 38 years woman was killed at Radhamadhavpur on Friday after rape.

The victim has been identified as Chanchala Nath. She was raped and killed while returning after distributing home to home milk in the morning.

Talking to police it has been known that nobody has been arrested although one person has been taken for interrogation.

Surprising matter is that  two rapes and murders were reported in last 24 hours, but it seems nothing new to the state. Question raises, why Left Front backed Nari Samiti is silent now, who showed much sympathy for a Hyderabad's victim recently.

More surprisingly, police yet to identify the rapists who killed 15 years old Payel Murasing after gang rape at Kukuchara under Sepahijala Dist on Thursday.

With all these resentment has brewed among the citizens here with the 2 heinous crimes held in last 24 hours.
