UDAIPUR, June 3 (TIWN): Amidst above 5000 BJP supporters presence at Udaipur KBI school ground, Assam's BJP Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal while addressing the Modi-Fest of Gomati Dist said that Northeast India received a new life in Modi Govt's Era, which was never earlier seen. "Northeast India as if got a new life with the Modi wave & his Act-East policy. Since 70 years various Govts came and went in the country, but Northeast is seeing first time such a wave and receiving so much importance from the Centre", said Sonowal. "PM Modi is keen to develop Northeast and as the Assam CM, I felt how cooperative the Govt is now at the Centre. If state govts want they can utilize the facilities provided by the centre", said Sonowal. "In last one year the revenue income of Assam has hiked a lot. From transport to various yojnas have been successfully implemented in that state", said Sonowal. "Nobody is VIP in Modi Era. E.P.I. stands for Every Person is Important in Modi-Era' said Sonowal.

"Tripura has enormous natural beauty & various potentialities. In whole country state Tripura can become a model state. Assam Govt will be always with Tripura in coming days too", Sonowal added. 

"There are lot of things to be developed in Northeast. Tourism, industry, agriculture. Kishan Yojna is another sector of Modi Govt's developmental agenda. Without farmers a country our country can never be developed", said Sonowal.

"Tripura has been suffering due to CPI-M's misrule, which I believe will be ended with 2018's Election. Let's move with Modi's path of Sab-Ka-Sath/ Sab-Ka-Bikas", Sonowal said.
