AGARTALA, May 27 (TIWN): The Anuara murder case is unfolding various episodes of illegal practices, negligence of Doctors turning the issue more complicated than ever expected. Tripura Engineering Student Anuara Choudhury's death certificate was signed by Dr. Kishan Rawat whose name is not even registered under Tripura Medical Council till day. Dr. Shyam Sundar Saha and Dr. Kishan Rawat both tried their best to prove Anuara's death as a normal death and wrote she died in heart attack, whereas she was poisoned in real. In a press meet Trinmaool Chatra Parishad raised the issue on Saturday how a doctor whose name is not under Tripura Medical Council can issue her death certificate ? 'That means such corrupt practices are ongoing across the state through out the year', said Trinamool youth leaders adding that in coming days their protests will be more than earlier. Apart from Trinamool, Anuara's Engineering friends also demanded on Saturday for the arrest of 2 doctors involved in her treatment. The Trinamool agitators also claimed that Anuara's murderers are belonged to CPI-M family, led the police and administration to be silent with her brutal murder by her maternal family members.

State Police failed on the first day to submit report in Anuara’s case mainly because of Health Dept’s bogus death certificate that created all the puzzles in her murder-case. However, due to dissimilar statements given by Nur to CID, Court amidst bundles of objections from the Lawyer of Nur Muhammad, sent him for more 6 days police remands. CID also said neither Nur Muhammad gave valid answers nor he is cooperating with CID in the investigation.

But Tripura Health Dept under Health Minister Badal Choudhury after 40 days of her murder just issued a show-cause notice to the doctors.

When protests for Anuara have hit whole Country, even at Bangladesh too, but asking the health dept officials they said they are unaware about the incident. First of all a committee will be made for investigation against this issue to find out Health Dept’s loopholes.

But students, opposition parties are strictly demanding that CID should take action against the doctors too. However, chances are high that Anuara case will take many turns and all the criminals involved in her murder will be nabbed as the protest roars are increasing day by day & CID also complained Nur's non-cooperation in the investigation.
