AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Whereas state Tripura is suffering from daily rape incidents, Nari Samiti on Tuesday hit Agartala City with roars of protest against Haryana rape incident, whereas 15 years girl who was raped at Udaipur on yesterday night, Nari Samiti was silent about this.

Nari Samiti was also silent about Dharmanagar 16 years girl Bina Dey's murder; neither Nari samiti voiced for Anuara Choudhury or Bithika Debbarma.

In this condition Nari Samiti's attempt has been criticized as quite political.

A gangrape in Rohtak (Haryana) had shocked the town after a mutilated body of a 23-year-old woman was found. Stray dogs had bitten away the victim's face and lower portion of her body which was spotted by a passerby in the urban estate area of Rohtak on 11 May, they said. Two persons, Sumit and Vikas, have been arrested in this connection.

Whereas this incident was quite tragic, but similar incidents are happening in Tripura everyday, but Nari Samiti is utter busy to hide such issues.
