Apart from that as a part of counter attacking CPI-M National General Secretary Sitaram Yechury's comments and Manik Sarkar's blaming to BJP, BJP leader Subal Bhowmik said, "Instead of talking on developmental issues and CPI-M's good deed, CM Manik Sarkar ended by blasting BJP, revealing CPI-M's fear about us".

Bhowmik further hitting Sitaram Yechury said that all the allegations against the central govt including child death is just bogus, whereas Communist ruled countries are the worst sufferer in economy.
