The beneficiaries at rural bodies get total Rs. 1.30 lakhs for their houses construction via direct beneficiary system, which has almost closed the doors of corruption for the RD Dept. But surprisingly, whereas the money comes in 3 installments : 1) 1st Installment - Rs. 48,460/-, 2) 2nd Installment - 50,000/-,  3) 31,540/-, in the 3rd installment the Panchayat Dept has started to keep Rs. 18,460/- per installments, whereas the same rule is not applicable for urban bodies.

Recently one Congress MLA named Ratan Lal Nath claimed that whereas for 23,723 families in villages (as per his survey) total 308 crores of money are to come, per family 18,460 rupees totals Rs. 43, 89, 26, 580 only for Tin purpose, out of which state govt is easily taking commission of Rs. 7 to 8 crores. "Whereas a house needs bricks, cement, woods but the state govt is taking care of the tin part just for secret deal with tin-companies", said Nath.
