AGARTALA, March 12 (TIWN): Atlast, after bundles of protests held demanding justice for Anuara, police is interrogating Anuara's uncle Nur Mohammod.
DIG Arindam Nath and his police team is interrogating the accused, but uncertainty about proper investigation is yet under cloud.
It's worthy to mention here that even after roars of protests there was no development in Anuara murder case, led the Trinamool Chatra Parishad (TMCP) to gherao CM’s residence on Thursday. There was also a report of clash emerged among police & TMCP members when police asked the protesters not to come forward.
Apart from that other political parties and Anuara's friends also demanded proper investigation and publication of her post mortem report.
It’s worthy to mention here that on Tuesday Trinamool Student Union blocked Post Office Chowmuhani road on Tuesday, issuing Anuara murder case.
This 16 years girl named Anuara Choudhury had died on April-11, who was residing at her uncle's house after her mother had died and father got remarried.
On 11 April, suddenly she was admitted at Hospital and died suspiciously. She wanted to talk to her father at hospital, but before he arrived she died. But her uncle without any procession gave her 'Kabar', (grave).
But local people alleged that she was killed by her family and immediately political parties raised protest roars.
Later her body was recovered from grave and post mortem report was revealed that she was killed, not died normally.
Allegation also raised that another uncle Jakir Hossain's son Sani Aktar had raped her and then her aunty Nur Mohammod's wife hit her on belly resulted her brutal death.
However, no arrest has been done yet. Nur Mohammod was taken by police from West Police Station to Police Headquarter.
