AGARTALA, May 9 (TIWN): ‘8 lakhs unemployed youths are nothing as there are total 22 crores of unemployed youths across the nation’, said CPI-M spokesperson Goutam Das.
Whereas Tripura’s population is 36 lakhs only, Das was much confident about the unemployment rate in Tripura.
‘Narendra Modi promised to give 2 crores of jobs per year that means 10 crores in 5 years. What about that ? Due to demonetization how many people lost jobs, can Modi answer ?’, said Das.
Whereas Tripura’s various departments are running without recruitment, with a new allegation of ‘no-recruitment’ since last 6 years in Agriculture Dept, CPI-M spokesperson said 44 lakhs of vacant posts are left in Central Govt’s Depts.
Recently reacting over massive recruitment scams, Amit Shah said, ‘Source of income is not only Govt ? Govt should not recruit in such manner that it create problems like 10,323 teachers scam’.
However, Goutam Das also claimed Tripura’s source of income is massive and highest among all NE states.
