AGARTALA, May 6 (TIWN): 'Whereas in UPA Era in the 13th Finance Commission ended by 7,283 crores of budget, in the 14 Finance Commission under Modi Govt it hiked with 25,369 crores', said Amit Shah at Geetanjali Guest House while talking to Tripura media.
'In revenue income during UPA Era it was 0% and now it has surpassed to 5000 crores of budget', said Shah.
'Under PM Modi, Tripura got Express Trains, almost 400 crores of budget for Agartala Airport, Indo-Bangla rail, 3 border haats which are already functioning', Shah added.
'SMART City, Flyover, Power stations at Rukhia & Suryamaninagar, 190 crores Halahali to Ganga Bari pull and many more', said Shah.
'DoNER Minister is also playing a crucial role in NE development and in coming days with the end of Communist Era more developments will come like Assam now', Shah said.
