AGARTALA, May 5 (TIWN): Tripura's BJP Central observer Sunil Deodhar hit Manik Sarkar hard for Chief Minister’s hate filled speech on May Day, which according to the BJP leader initiated violence in state in following next 48 hours. Eventhough CPI-M alleged some of their members were injured in clash but Deodhar said atleast 20 BJP members were seriously injured throughout the state. Addressing a press meet on Friday at State BJP headquarter at Agartala, Deodhar said, "CM Manik Sarkar had revealed his actual cruel face on May Day that unmasked communists fear about BJP's increasing power in Tripura. Following his hate speech BJP young leaders, women leaders were attacked, said Deodhar. "Our women morcha leader Papiya Dutta's house was attacked by CPI-M goons with petrol bomb, when she was alone in her house", claimed Deodhar. He further mentioned that CM Manik Sarkar with his fake face leading his 'Chroo ki Barat' with communist band beside. 'However, since Amit Shah's visit on May 6/ 7 Manik Sarkar will start count down for his era's ending', added Deodhar.

It's worthy to mention here that since May 1 the political tensions have been emerged to a great extend with the continuous blame games of political leaders on top.

However, question raising from various sections of people, why this sudden Pre-Poll violence, when the Assembly Election is atleast 8 months away. Opposition BJP has targeted Chief Minister Manik Sarkar for his May-Day speech and to motivate the CPI-M activists towards violence.

However, CM on that day basically targeted US and relating US's tie ups with BJP led Central Govt, he blasted BJP activists across Tripura as well as other states. CM said clearly that links with US will destroy the peace of the country and the poor people will have no right if such a govt comes in Power here.

"Come, Fight back them all together jointly", said CM. Question raises, what did CM mean by this statement ? Sarkar also asked the people to come out of home and stop the Capitalist's entrance here.

BJP has pointed out CM's statement and alleged after this statement on May 1 chronologically such bad incidents are happening in Tripura.

On the other hand the railway inauguration programme at Garji (Udaipur) cancellation has turned the full focus on on Amit Shah's political rally at Kumarghat, that has increased more resentment among CPI-M as Manik Sarkar and his Ministers were to present on that occasion at Udaipur.

However, Deodhar further warned, "We will not interfere in your works, but if you interfere then we will interfere too" !
