AGARTALA, May 3 (TIWN): After various complaints, cases filed against Tripura Govt in High Court, the “walk-in-interview” process have not been abolished yet while recruiting new employees in Govt Depts. Nor written test, neither any proper way of interview, but just a bogus interview-call initiates corruption in the interview-board itself, alleged opposition parties in state. Demands are rising from unemployed youths as well as oppositions for proper recruitment policy when the unemployment rate has crossed 7 akhs already. But Tripura Govt as per its wish is conducting walk-in-interviews frequently without paying any TA/DA and thus unemployed youths are wasting a whole day standing in long queues. Either it’s a post for retired employee or a single post under any dept. but walk-in-interview easily gathers thousands of applicants for a single post. On the other hand thousands of vacant posts are there in various depts. In Agriculture Dept since 6 yrs there was no recruitment. But just for show off walk in interviews are called against a single post, where the real job owner are selected before the interview itself.

TET was introduced in Tripura after Centre’s order, but in other depts. the process has been hardly changed. Trinamool leader Sudip Barman earlier alleged that all the Since 2012 all State Govt jobs under Group-C and Group-D are illegal.

The Trinamool to meet the Chief Secretary on Wednesday in demand of implementing new recruitment policy.

Earlier, Tripura Trinamool MLA Sudip Barman said that since 2012, all the jobs under group C and group D are illegal. From GB Hospital to many other cases are pending at High Court. For Group C and D it’s compulsory to take written exam via TPSC as per 320 IPC clause 3, Sub-Clause-A it was said that the UPSE shall be consulted in all matter of Civil Services. But in the recruitment policy of left front govt there is no mention of TPSE anywhere.

It’s worthy to mention here that, apart from group C and D atleast thousands of Tripura teachers’ jobs are in risk as High Court has accepted a case with allegation of irregular appointing of Ass. Teachers by state govt in 2012.

But with a shock more one thousands Assistant teachers recruited in 2012 may lose their jobs as their jobs are depending upon HC’s next order.

Allegation raised that neither the govt followed the needy basis job circulation laws or it saw merit.

High Court Justice SubashishTalapatra reacting over the allegation of the petitioners issued notice to Tripura School Education Dept and Tripura Govt.

On the other hand, BJP President Biplab Deb giving a green signal to fair mean of interview process in coming days said, "It's the guideline which can give you a job and secure your job. No political party has capacity to give any job to you".
